am I good fit for you?

Finding a therapist that you feel comfortable and safe with is extremely important for the therapeutic relationship to work but you also deserve to find someone that is a good fit with you human to human. Here’s a bit more about me so that you can get to know me and the way I operate as a therapist to see if we’d be a good match.

Brianna Coleman (she/her)

Owner/Therapist

If you are browsing my page, you have already taken one of the most important steps in your process for growth and change. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences, so finding the right therapist for you is an important part in your therapy journey. I try to be empathetic in my practice, where I make every effort to meet people where they are at and partner with you to meet therapeutic goals. Serving people of all ages, I feel that fostering a supportive, strengths-based, and non-judgmental environment, can continue to build upon coping skills while increasing self-reflection that can help to improve quality of life.

I promote the idea that learning more about how our experiences have influenced our relationships and the way we move through the world, can help us to navigate through the barriers that we face. My approach to therapy is collaborative and relaxed, emphasizing on building self-compassion through exploring patterns and learning more about yourself. While everyone’s experiences are unique and their own, My aim is to provide a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment for all people while using a combination of therapeutic modalities that best align with your self-determined goals.

harv.I am a parent to a very handsome fur baby named Harvey. This dude travelled all the way up to Minnesota with his siblings from Texas due to the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey (I was creative with his name, I know). He likes to tear stuffed animals apart and carry their carcasses around with him for months as though it is his best friend in the whole world. My wife would throw them out immediately but I think he deserves to live his best life and that is what makes him happiest.
