Without curiosity and self-reflection, it’s extremely challenging to show up authentically in spaces where we are trying to support clients. my goal is to help you notice when self-reflection is needed and how to challenge yourself to understand what you bring into the room.

no matter how prepared we think we are, we are always evolving. i’ve been fortunate enough to work with so many incredible humans throughout my career and can easily say that I continue to grow each day because of them and attribute much of my clinical growth to those that I have served.

practicing with confidence is not something that always comes naturally and the imposter syndrome is REAL no matter how much experience you have. I want to help you recognize your strengths and build confidence in making difficult decisions, even when you feel like you have no clue what you are doing! trusting yourself comes with time but it’s also about finding room for the self-doubt and knowing when to ask for support.
